These pictures aren’t in any particular order. But I kept most of them cycling related. Above is the 2008 UO collegiate RR. The above left are teammates Chris and Orion with crazy Idahoian Adam.
Here we are relaxing before the UO TT. And here’s Karey in the OSU crit. 2008
Lisa wearing the 2008 Collegiate leaders jersey. Orion in the OSU crit.
David W, Larry, and David H in the 2008 UO RR. Ivar, Luke, and Tony in the UO TTT.
Myself, David K, and Adam in the UO TTT. Galen kneeing me in the back while I flip off the camera. 2008
Mike, Adam, me, and David K TTTing. Tony suffering like a dog in the Banana belts. 2008
Myself and Andrew after I just won Banana Belt #2 as a cat 3. David K warming up. 2008
Luke warming up for the Central Wasington Collegiate crit. Will’s stach isn’t nearly as impressive as David Z’s. 2008
Mike in a break in Table Rock 2008. David Z. I’ll be on his team soon enough.
2008 Table Rock RR. Zach Winter and myself taking 1st and 2nd respectively.
Collegiate Nationals RR 2008 in Colorado.
2008 Albany crit.
My first time in Tucson. December 2006. Doing a great job at overtraining and ruining all of 2007.
After crashing out of the High Desert Omnium crit in 2006, I decided to destroy the RR. And won with a solo break.
Tucson in 2006 with Aaron.
Giving Gilad a high-five at the finish line of the 2008 Cherry Pie. First win of the year.
I got a lot of dirt in my eyes during the OSU crit in 2008 and crashed. But got back on to finish.
“Milk was a bad choice.” Failing the gallon challenge in Philadelphia, summer 2005 when I went to row for PennAC.
Elkhorn my first year of racing. 2006
On our way to Tucson. Tony, Erich and I stopped for some giant Oranges in CA. Winter 2008
Crash pictures after banana belt #1 in 2006.
Our first race in Belgium in 2008. None of us finished. Tony was taking the picture.
Tony during the pink madness ride. The entire team went on a ride to get ice cream after Tony and I harassed the coaches about not letting their riders eat good food.
The ice cream thing was a one time deal. So Tony and I made frequent visits to the grocery store to buy tobassco, nutella, apples, and other goodies.
Still in Belgium 2008. I climbed a hillside to feed Will–I mean a goat.
Thomas at Bishop 2006 right before I switched from rowing to riding. He looks cute. But wait…
Never run from him or he’ll take you down just like he did to Galen.
It took all of our efforts not to laugh when Adam woke up. Fall 2007
2008 beggining of the year icebreaker team dinner. Gilad riding a skateboard behind Ivar, who’s driving an electric Mike’s Hard Lemmonaid cooler.
My mountain bike that I’ve had since I was 12. Fall 2006.
One of the few races I did in 2007. A very bad year. Here I am, probably just warming up. Yeah, I sucked that badly.
At a celebration pizza dinner at American Dreams Pizza after our first RR in 2008.
Washington Collegiate RR. Andrew is possesed. 2007
Fuck you Orion. Fuck you. 2007 Washington Omnium.
I was demoted to race official for the rest of 2007.
Another crash picture from Banana Belt 2006.
My dad and Brother (galen). Going for a ride near Sacramento at our relative’s house. Summer 2007
I was sick for 6 weeks during the beginning of the summer in 2008 due to a sinus infection which was made worse by air allergens in the Willamette Valley. So I wore a mask for a little while. It sucked.
Galen and Tony racing at Mt. Tabor during the summer of 2008.
Tony and Eliad in the back seat on the way to a Belgium Kermes. I don’t care that I spelled that wrong.
Belgium 2008. After a race.
In the Hostel in Gent, 2008 after we left the Israeli team. Tony and I made this little area in the lobby our home.

Aaron and I in 2008 when I first got to Tucson in November. Aaron was my roommate down in Tucson along with TJ and Tony (not Tony Guisto).

You have to get creative when you eat oats three times a day. Here I have a bowl with raisins, brown sugar, and a ton of cinnamon.

Oranges in the bag, peppers in the jersey.

Tony came down to train with me for a week in December. He spent a lot of time hiding in his “cave” between rides.

Huevos rancheros.

Quinoa Treat. Olives, Quinoa, beans, onions, sweet potatoes, spice, beef.

The first day I used the diaper ice packs. Later I began doing an icepack/compression sock combo.

Eating Aaron’s cookies. He was not pleased when he found out they were all gone when he got back the next week.

My roommate TJ out in the front yard sculpting a rock penis.

Fire on New Years.

Tape and staples couldn’t hold the hole back.

judging how you’ve meticulously updated this, you have a lot of time on your hands.

Well you read it so you must have some time on your hands too there, bah. And duh, you know I have a lot of time on my hands. All I do is ride, watch movies, and blog. Oh, and I also stay up late at night lying in bed thinking about food. General Tsoa’s chicken. Ixtapa chips and salsa, chili verde burritos, hot dogs, carnitas burritos, chocolate cake, french fries, bacon, greasy hash browns, steak, cheese cake, any kind of pie, Old Town Buffet.
